Recap,

Things have quietened down for us now racing wise with many of the team out for a well deserved break, and a few starting to come back in over the next couple of weeks to begin preparing for the Spring. We had one at the Ashburton trials yesterday, The Bold Lioness, having her debut for us in a mdn 1000m heat. She settled from the jump and rolled home well for the win, now ready to head to the races.

Coming up,

Back at Riccarton on the synthetic tomorrow with just the one runner in Feelin’ Fancy. She raced well for 3rd place last time out over a mile, and steps up to the 2200m, her first try at the distance. Krishna Mudhoo will do the riding from gate 5 in the field of 9.

All the very best of luck to her connections.

Turn Me Loose

We were very happy to secure this yearling last week from the Winsdor Park Stud sale. By Turn Me Loose out of Pentire mare Flute Of Champagne, this filly moves very well and is nicely put together.
