With a good form line behind her this 5yo Rip Van Winkle mare out of Surooh has been ultra consistent in her races and running into a touch of bad luck along the way. Luck was taken out of the equation on Monday with a sterling ride from Kozzi Asano he made his move at the right time and she rolled up around the leaders skipping away from the field for a dominant win by 2L at the post.

What’s been happening… We’re past the half way point for this year’s Cup Week, the fields have been competitive, track has been in lovely order and we were pleased with yesterday’s 3rd placing result from 3yo filly Showemhowitsdone in the age group 1400m race ridden by Matt Cameron.
