It was just the one runner for the team yesterday in Lady’s Legacy. She was up in distance to 2200m with Rohan Mudoo in the saddle to finish into 3rd spot. There was no making ground on the leader in her race, but we were happy to see her keep up the run for the minors.

Onto Saturday and again just on the one starter, The Bold Lioness. She posted a great win last start on the synthetic track last start to clear maiden ranks and will be stepping out on the grass dropping back to 1800m with Michael McNab staying in the saddle.

All the best to the Clayview Farm Partnership on the last day of the National Week!

We love having our owners in to see their horses but just a friendly reminder to please make an appointment ahead of time as we are very busy and appreciate a heads up!

Shooting for two in a row

Last start winner The Bold Lioness has drawn a lovely gate at 3 for Saturday’s 65 1800m along with a top jock aboard. It’ll be down to whether or not she will handle the track conditions. More than likely she will lead up and hopefully find the best part of the track.
