What’s been happening,

We are in full swing preparing our team for the Spring so it’s all hands on deck and chocka busy days. It’s been a trying week with around 100mls of rain making things tough for all concerned but we know the better weather will be here before we know it! We had our first lot of horses to the Riccarton jump outs on Tuesday who will all go on to trial mid August, so the action certainly isn’t far away now!

One runner to the Riccarton Races for us tomorrow on the synthetic surface and that is Rabada. He is back in his grade and distance this week to the 65 1400m and Shankar Muniandy takes the ride tomorrow. A reasonable gate and we are expecting a bold effort.

Shout out to Robbie Webster for helping us out with the garden earlier in the week!

A definite fan of the poly track and with plenty of gate speed we should see him handy in the running and be looking to kick hard up the straight.

All the very best to connections.
